2016 SUMMER RAFTING UPDATE

Today could be our last day for rafting on the Truckee River...
Due to many extremely windy days, Lake Tahoe has dropped faster than expected. River flows are now very, very low.

WE ARE OPEN FOR SUMMER 2016!!!

We will have a short and sweet summer season with lower water levels than average, but still a fun time on the Truckee River.  Give us a call for reservations, info on conditions and expected length of season.  We're excited to be open this season if only for a few weeks!

Remember our Riverman and yellow paddles, family owned since 1973!  Come see us this year!

Due to low water we are cutting back our launch times to no later than 2:30pm.  

JULY 15, 2014 UPDATE

Due to our severe drought conditions, rafting will not last much longer.

We think raftable water levels will continue for a couple more days.

Call us for daily updates and reservations.

We are hoping to be open until Saturday, July 19th.

MAY 29, 2014 UPDATE!!!!!!

HERE WE GO!  WE'LL BE OPEN FRIDAY 5/30/14

WATER LEVEL WILL BE BACK UP TO JUST UNDER 200CFS

SAME AS FLOWS OVER MEMORIAL DAY HOLIDAY AND

WILL INCREASE DURING THE NEXT FEW DAYS!

RAFTING UPDATE

In an effort to conserve water in Lake Tahoe, the watermaster in Reno has lowered the Truckee River to a unraftable flow.  We've been informed that it may only be for a few days, so check with us before planning your trip.

This measure should enable us to get a few more days of rafting during the busier time this summer!
